We think he’ll achieve it. It’s why we appointed Russ without even meeting him! Interviewing a candidate MD during a nation-wide lockdown was an interesting experience, but we’ve found in Russ someone who ‘gets’ something that’s been close to Dom Hawes’ heart since we set up Selbey Anderson.
That passion was to help clients build awesome B2B brands, to deliver top-notch demand and lead generation campaigns, and to help them to win their big deals.
It’s a big ask but Russ’s former experience included holding down senior marketing positions (including Head of Marketing) in both agencies and in-house. And those in-house positions have included working at several global IT brands. In our minds, that combined experience makes Russ the ideal person to launch and lead our latest agency.
