An English graduate and FCIM marketer, he has enjoyed over 25 years in advertising, working in a variety of creative and strategic roles, working on UK and international campaigns for major global clients.
Rob Phillips: Managing Director
Rob is an experienced and enthusiastic, FCMA qualified finance professional with proven skills in business improvement. 30+ years experience in media and communication companies, gives him great familiarity with the operational intricacies of this sector and the importance of enabling a high performance culture.
Sarah Thompson: Account Director
Sarah provides project direction and strategic insight to support the development of omni-channel campaigns for IGNIFI’s key human and animal health pharmaceutical clients on both an international and local level. A languages graduate, Sarah is also an experienced CIM marketer, having worked on both client and agency sides – more than a decade of which has been enabling IGNIFI clients.
John Horn: Operations Director
John is responsible for the delivery of service excellence across all IGNIFI operations, people & process development and continuous improvement. With over 25 years of experience in a variety of client service and management roles, his areas of expertise span customer care, management information systems, resource planning, team and performance management, supplier and production management.

Dom Hawes-Fairley: Director
Dom leads group development at Selbey Anderson and has been in the marketing business for over 25 years. He started his professional career after serving six years in the British Army and spent his early career in agency before moving in-house and into general management.
Simon Quarendon: Director
As Group COO, Simon brings a wealth of agency experience specialising in the communications, PR and technology sectors. With some of the world’s largest brands as former clients, Simon has built and managed global agency teams over 30 years. He is involved with each of the agencies and supports their leadership teams to deliver what he refers to as his ‘Agency Holy Trinity’: account planning, creativity and client relations.
