Dan brings unrivalled energy and creativity to everything he does and leads the team at ORCKID with the passion that has transcended his 20 year career in creative and digital. Dan has been Managing Director since December 2015 and has pivoted the business towards digital, building a team of creative technologists to deliver for global clients.

Andy Candler: Programme Director

Andy is a pioneer of interactive marketing having launched the first digital agency to the world in 1987. He’s spent over 33 years successfully innovating and adapting his business skills to assist the biggest brands in existence by designing and delivering robust digital strategies to engage customers and empower staff.

Dan Allen: Account Director

Dan leads the digital team at ORCKID and bridges the gap between client and the development team to ensure a first class delivery. Having started in the industry nearly 20 years ago as a graphic designer, Dan has a wealth of experience and applies it to realise digital solutions that answer client’s most pressing business challenges.

Dom leads group development at Selbey Anderson and has been in the marketing business for over 25 years. He started his professional career after serving six years in the British Army and spent his early career in agency before moving in-house and into general management.
