Sandwiched between the main board, its advisory committees and the agency management committee, you’ll find our ExCo. It operates to deliver the board’s strategy, to the operational requirements outlined by the AMC, within the confines set out by the advisory committees. That might sound like a lot of bureaucracy, but in reality it’s a light and agile management framework underpinned by rigour and compliance to the highest ideals.
