Selbey Anderson is excited to launch its inaugural Tomorrow’s Leaders programme. Lasting 4 months, the programme will equip future leaders from across the group with the management tools and skills they need to lead in modern business.
Starting this week, the first cohort will develop their leadership and people management skills through 6 separate workshops, facilitated by a professional leadership coach, and will be complemented by separate mentoring sessions from the Selbey Anderson Leadership Team.
Following completion of the course, successful candidates will receive a certificate of attendance, ongoing support through further training and development initiatives, additional thought leadership material and external events. The programme will run twice annually.
Dom Hawes, Group CEO, says: “One of the core reasons for starting Selbey Anderson was to create an agency group with a difference – one that genuinely championed people and their ideas over pure performance. Our Tomorrow’s Leaders programme reinforces this commitment, ensuring our people have the tools and skills they need to succeed as creative leaders.”
Simon Quarendon, Group COO, says: “We have some of the most talented people in the industry at Selbey Anderson, many of whom are long standing employees within their respective agencies. We’re keen to reciprocate the commitment they have shown by giving them the opportunity to push on to the next stage of their careers.”
The programme follows the recent announcement of Selbey Anderson’s Online College, which is now open to everyone across the group. Powered by Udemy, The Online College aims to support employees with both professional and personal development through its highly credited 6000+ courses.
