LEADERSHIP

SELBEY ANDERSON IS A MODERN
ORGANISATION WITH AN
EVOLUTIONARY APPROACH TO
LEADERSHIP

It's a little weird having a leadership page because we ask all of our people to be leaders. The vision and passion that drive our group comes from everywhere at the same time. It's not restricted to or driven by our central leadership team. Instead, our role is to safeguard the structure and environment that allows brilliance to emerge.
