Much like our name, our ethos is focussed on building strong and enduring connections between brands and audiences through shared values and consistent behaviour, we work across sector and specialism guided by the interesting problems that brands have and how best to solve them. SCOPE

Unity works across territories, sectors, specialisms and delivery channels providing a full-service, strategy-led suite of capabilities including research and insights, PR and earned media, owned and paid media and content, events and activations, campaign development, management and delivery and design.

Unity is at home delivering campaigns in single markets, multiple markets or globally through its extensive affiliate network. It often takes a lead role in crafting and managing multi-country programmes and campaign planning, management, execution and evaluation.

Working across B2C, B2B and internal/stakeholder engagement we approach audiences as fundamental and are thus comfortable working on projects of all types. Equally, having worked with everyone from large complex global organisations to pre-funding start-ups and fast-paced scale-ups, we are comfortable working across a range of environments and communications needs.

Unity’s team is diverse and multi-disciplinary coming from a range of backgrounds. They all share a common belief in the power of joined-up thinking and working collaboratively. We bring data and behavioural scientists together with planners, consultants, designers, communications experts (PR, Social, Paid) producers and client partners as well as a host of others.

Sophy has an impressive track record in PR and communications and most recently was MD of Selbey Anderson agency Unity. Across her career she has worked with some of the world's best brands including Eurotunnel, Amadeus, AT&T, Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Global Recycling Day, trivago and Builder.ai. Her focus is on strategic and creative planning, and she brings excitement, innovation and rigour to the award winning campaigns she works on. Now, as Group Client Director for Selbey Anderson, Sophy will be taking a strategic and client-first approach to the expanding Group portfolio and opportunities.
