Marketing operations or MOPs has become a bit of an industry buzzword of late and if you don’t know exactly what MOPs is, this is the episode for you. MOPs matters because technology is going to be one of your biggest marketing budget line items in the future.



Before MOPs became a thing, it was up to marketers like you and me try and make the tech work. But, as martech has matured and its capabilities have grown, specialists are increasingly being called on join it all together.  At the time of recording there were 9000 vendors identifying themselves as marketing technology.
